Quarton International advises Wynnchurch Capital in the sale of JAC Products to Argonaut Private Equity and Hall Capital

JAC is the market leading designer and manufacturer of roof racks, cargo management systems, assist steps and related products. Customers rely on JAC’s innovation, engineering and design expertise to solve structural, functional, performance and aerodynamic challenges. JAC’s success has led to long-lasting relationships with most major global automotive OEMs.

Quarton International acted as the exclusive investment banking advisor to JAC Products in connection with the transaction.


Wynnchurch Capital was founded in 1999 and is a leading middle-market private equity investment firm headquartered in the Chicago suburb of Rosemont, Illinois with offices in California and Canada.  Wynnchurch’s strategy is to partner with middle market companies in Canada and the United States that possess the potential for substantial growth and profit improvement.
