Transaction

SunTel Services, Inc. has been acquired by CBTS, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cincinnati Bell (NYSE:CBB). SunTel is a leading provider of network security, data connectivity, and unified communication solutions.

The acquisition expands CBTS’ presence in the Midwest, building on its existing sales offices in Cleveland, Columbus, Indianapolis and Louisville. SunTel’s co-founders Gary Jackson and Don Jackson will continue to lead the organization and also spearhead CBTS’ expansion in the Michigan market.
