(“TransForce), a portfolio company of Palladium Equity Partners, LLC (“Palladium”). Quarton International acted as the exclusive investment banking advisor to SafetyServe in this transaction.

SafetyServe has provided safety training courses in partnership with the National Safety Council, the leading nonprofit organization promoting health and safety in the U.S., since 1998.
