Power Stop, LLC has been acquired by Sterling Investment Partners LP. Quarton Partners acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Power Stop in this transaction.


Power Stop is the #1 supplier of performance-upgrade aftermarket brake products with a focus on selling its products online. Power Stop’s products include pads, rotors, calipers, shoes, and pad wear sensors, but the Company is most well-known for its “1-Click Brake Kit,” which revolutionized the online buying process by enabling consumers to easily and confidently select the appropriate combination of brake components to fit their vehicle. The Company offers kits and components for a broad range of vehicles, including daily driver, sports car and truck and tow vehicles.
