Quarton International advises Medike Branding Solutions on its acquisition of Landes Holding GmbH, a portfolio company of VR Equitypartner GmbH

Birmingham/Zurich – Quarton International is pleased to announce that Medike Branding Solutions, Inc. (“Medike” or the “Company”) has acquired Landes Holding GmbH (“Landes”), a portfolio company of VR Equitypartner GmbH. Quarton International acted as the investment banking advisor to Medike, providing valuation and due diligence advisory services, and negotiated the key terms of the transaction.

The acquisition of Landes establishes Medike has the dominant market leader of leather, synthetic and specialty patches, trim, accessories and belts for the apparel industry. Medike’s embellishment solutions enable apparel manufacturers to elevate their brand status on blue jeans, handbags, travel bags, jackets, and outerwear, among other apparel products. Medike is now a one-stop-shop for its customer’s needs on nearly every major continent, with operations in Bangladesh, Canada, Germany, Hong Kong, Mexico, and the United States.
