Quarton International exclusively advised m4e AG, an international brand management and media company, on obtaining financing for the acquisition of co-production shares in “Mia and Me”, an animated television series broadcast worldwide, from Rainbow S.r.l.
50 percent of international rights in “Mia and Me”, a successful TV series and well-established brand, are held by Hahn & m4e Productions GmbH, a 50/50 joint venture of Gerhard Hahn/Hahn Film AG and m4e AG. The current transaction adds an additional 45 percent to m4e AG’s rights portfolio. Hahn Film AG acquires the remaining 5 percent in the course of the transaction. Rights for Italy remain with Rainbow S.r.l.
