(“Leggett & Platt”), has been acquired by Crowne Group, LLC (“Crowne”). Parthenon is a vertically integrated manufacturer of electric resistance welded steel tubing and first stage tubular fabrications. Quarton International acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Leggett & Platt in the divestiture of Parthenon.
