ChoiceSpine LP, a spinal fusion device manufacturer, has acquired the spinal assets of Exactech, Inc., a developer and marketer of orthopaedic medical device products for extremity, hip, knee and spine applications. Quarton International acted as the exclusive financial advisor to ChoiceSpine, working closely with the shareholders throughout the acquisition process.
