München – Quarton International (“Quarton”) has advised 2Sales International SA (“2Sales”), an international e-commerce specialist, and its shareholders on the sale to Wunderman, a global digital agency owned by the WPP Group (“WPP”). The parties have agreed not to disclose any further information.
2Sales supports global brands in building their business on Amazon and other online marketplaces and will become part of Wunderman Commerce, which brings together WPP’s leading commerce agencies – Salmon, Gorilla Group, POSSIBLE Commerce and Marketplace Ignition – under the Wunderman brand.

2Sales is an international management consultancy and employs 66 people in Luxembourg. It is a one-stop Amazon solution that utilises automated processes to optimise content generation, sales and promotions across eight international Amazon platforms. Clients include Acco, Columbia, Fiskars and SC Johnson.
