Operative Experience

Andre Augier is Partner and Chairman and CEO for North America for Quarton International and was one of the co-founders of Quarton Partners.
Mr. Augier has over 29 years of investment banking experience. Mr. Augier has advised public and private corporations, private equity firms, hedge funds and pension funds. Mr. Augier has extensive experience in industrial merger and acquisition transactions, cross border transactions, capital raising transactions, fairness opinions, public to private transactions and balance sheet restructuring.

Prior to forming Quarton Partners, Mr. Augier was a Co-Founder and Managing Director at W.Y. Campbell & Company where, over a span of 22 years, he led the execution of over 250 transactions for public corporations, private equity firms and private business owners.

Prior to W.Y. Campbell & Company, Mr. Augier was a Vice President in Fahnestock & Co.’s Corporate Finance Group where, he assisted in a wide variety of merger and acquisition transactions, public bond issues, initial public offerings and leveraged finance transactions.

Education

Mr. Augier is fluent in French, a graduate of Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business where he received his B.A. in Finance and of Walsh College where he received his Masters of Science in Finance with Honors.

Mr. Augier is a licensed securities representative, holding his Series 7, 24, 28, 63 and 79 registrations.
