Operative Experience
Tobias Seige is a Partner of Cowen and has been assisting firms with international M&A transactions, carve-outs, and restructurings since 2004. Before he became a partner in 2004, he was the CEO of Trident Components Group Ltd, a pan-European group which worked on the development and production of light metal components for the automobile industry that he had been building up for ten years and sold afterwards. Just before that, he spent twelve years at VDO Adolf Schindling AG, Frankfurt, one of the largest automobile suppliers for instruments, sensors, and electronics in the world. There he was a member of the company management with global responsibility. Mr. Seige continues to serve on the supervisory board of various firms throughout Europe and Germany.

Tobias Seige is an engineer (ETH Zürich) and received his MBA from INSEAD.
