Operative Experience
Marco Schunder is a partner of TD Cowen Continental Europe and has been advising companies, private equity funds and infrastructure investors in relation to national and international acquisition financing, refinancing, recapitalization and restructuring transactions for more than 20 years. He started his professional career in corporate finance at BHF-Bank. After that he worked as a director in the leveraged finance department of Société Générale in Frankfurt am Main and New York. Prior to joining Quarton International, now TD Cowen, Marco Schunder headed Macquarie Capital’s Debt Advisory division for the German-speaking region.
