1. Understanding Your Objectives

We take the time to comprehensively understand our customers’ objectives and develop a tailored strategy from this. Thanks to our in-depth knowledge of the industry, we can align our process strategy efficiently and effectively.

2. Valuation

Thanks to our many years of experience, we can reliably value companies. This also applies to valuations of credit financing, bonds and shares.

3. Due-Diligence

We conduct in-depth due diligence on companies in order to identify special challenges at an early stage and thus increase the likelihood of transaction success. In addition, we closely support our clients in the preparation and execution of due diligence reviews by investors.

4. Document Preparation

We prepare all documents necessary for communication with investors and successful execution of the transaction process.

5. Identifying buyers/sellers

Besides multiple resources and project-related, intensive research, our proprietary CRM and deal management system is our most important tool. It bundles more than 100 years of experience of our partners and employees as well as an extensive investor network.

6. Process Selection

We help determine the optimal transaction process to achieve the best possible value. This can be a freely negotiated acquisition/sale or a competitive auction process.

7. Negotiations

Our team brings extensive and diverse experience to the negotiating table. Our expertise makes us adept at handling a wide range of complex issues throughout the negotiation process.

8. Closing

Without professional guidance, a transaction can easily lose momentum between the letter of intent and the closing phase. Our team remains actively involved until the transaction has been completed to our clients’ satisfaction.
