Cowen advises Hohnhaus & Jansenberger Gruppe on the acquisition of medifa healthcare group

Munich – Hohnhaus & Jansenberger Gruppe (“Hohnhaus & Jansenberger“) acquires medifa healthcare group (“medifa”), a leading company in medical technology, by a consortium led by Hohnhaus & Jansenberger and funds advised by Cathay Capital Private Equity. The transaction is accompanied by a full recapitalization of the balance sheet.

Hohnhaus & Jansenberger, a mid-market operationally driven investment firm based in Munich, is backed with Yielco as co-investors. CEO Christian Keller rolled his stake in the company and remains a further significant shareholder.

Cowen exclusively advised Hohnhaus & Jansenberger during the process.
