Cowen advises EMZ Partners on the acquisition financing for the purchase of ASSEPRO
Frankfurt/Main – ASSEPRO, a leading insurance broker company with a focus on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Switzerland, has a new majority shareholder in the European private-equity company EMZ Partners. In addition to EMZ, the management team of ASSEPRO as well as further employees become significant shareholders in the Group.
Cowen exclusively advised EMZ Partners on the acquisition financing.
